2. You are responsible for modification done to your car. We only sell hardware that you may theoretically connect into your car. It’s up to you what you’re going to do with it. We do not take a responsibility of using the hardware with a third part software.

3. We are not responsible for any damage that you may cause by using the devices sold at our online store.

4. We are not responsible for any taxes, fees, or customs duties applied to shipments from Konik.ai sp. z o. o. We include VAT only for EU members, Each country outside the European Union has its own customs regulations, which are beyond our control. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import fees.
5. Konik is allowed to ban your device, if you do not pay for the customs costs and the fees are transferred to us by the courier.
