Guarantee

We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Installing third-party software generally voids the warranty, as we do not provide our own software at this time. That said, we act in good faith and review each case individually. If a device fails due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Opening or disassembling the device voids the warranty. The only exceptions are the Black Panda and Red Panda; their removable covers may be removed without voiding the warranty.

We do not sell broken, counterfeit, or low-quality hardware. It’s against our standards and makes no sense for us or our customers.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer this hardware primarily to support the Openpilot and broader self-driving communities.

These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
